HOLY GRAIL KITCHEN CO ~ specializes in production of gourmet food products and shares information about food discoveries in and around the lower mainland, cooking classes private and group, personal chef services in your home which include menu planning/design and implementation.

GOURMET FOOD PRODUCTS ~ All products are painstakingly nurtured for quality using fine ingredients that bring the recipe to life. Salts are from Brittany and England, Chocolate is Single Origin from Tanzania, Milk Chocolate Couverture from Belgium, Olive Oils are First Press from Italy and Spain. Every effort is made to maximize flavour without additives or preservatives. Thus I suggest with my products, that they be used sooner rather than later. Because I do not have a manufacturer making my products and they are with pleasure made in my kitchen I have to choose to make some of them seasonally because I am the only one stirring the pot.

Holy Grail Kitchen Co. handmade sauces, marmalades and artisan salts make scrumptious gifts too: for Christmas, birthdays, hostess gifts, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day … really, for any occasion where  the recipient would enjoy a homemade taste of heaven … only I’ve done all the work for you!

SAVOURY SAUCES and SWEET SAUCES, OLD FASHIONED HAND CUT SEVILLE MARMALADES ~ Savoury Sauces are available in late spring and the summer months. Sweet Sauces are available during the fall and winter months. And our newest products, two delicious Old-Fashioned Hand Cut Seville Marmalade, are fresh from the kitchen and ready for your table now.

 

PERSONAL CHEF SERVICES ~ I plan menus for you and cook them in your home in a setting of small intimate dinner groups of 12. You can check out the menu page to see the sample of menu styles available. They of course can vary depending on your event. Also we can create a completely new one too.

 

COOKING CLASSES ~ If you are wanting personal cooking lessons for yourself or the serious foodie in your life or if you decide that you would like a cooking class as a party event I will come to your home to do that. Usually the class is about 3 hours and usually about 10 to 12 people.
