In designing a menu several things have to be considered.  Some of these are: number of people, seasonal ingredients available, allergies, food styles, (vegetarian, gluten free etc.), budget, likes and dislikes, cooking environment.  If you want me to design your menu for you, I try to work with all of these elements and since I have had some good successes with the menus offered here, I am sharing them with you for you to consider in your menu preparation.
