These were inspirations while cooking that came at various points in recipe development when I needed a sauce that would act as the final compliment to my dish and didn’t have it.  So I made some sauces on different occasions. Friends raved about them and wanted some for their own kitchens, and so it inspired me to make these sauces for you.Now a few different gems have emerged for all different kinds of dishes. You might like the fact that they have a spicy kick to them and the back label will tell you how hot they are.  The Kentucky Bourbon as well as the Chimichurri tend to have less of a kick. The sauces are BBQ, Condiments and Marinades. You can overlap their use as a BBQ, a marinade or a condiment at the table. Your choice, your call. Check them out and see what you think!

JOIE DE JERK SAUCE

A heavy hitter sauce where layers of flavours of the Caribbean linger on your palate. Spicy and tangy! Marinate chicken, meat or tofu; use as a condiment or drizzle for burgers, potatoes, eggs, veggies and stir fries.

CHILLIN’ CHIPOTLE-LIME SAUCE

A spicy sauce with flavours of the Southwest, accented with pungent lime in a base of San Marzano tomatoes and chipotle peppers. Great on burgers, white fish, chicken, meat, eggs and potatoes. A fabulous dipping sauce for fries and veggies!

CHEEKY CHIMICHURRI CONDIMENT

A fresh, very tangy and somewhat spicy condiment with a history in Argentina. Traditionally served with steak, Chimichurri can also be used on the side with fish, chicken, eggs and potatoes. Wonderful on lamb!

KENTUCKY BOURBON BBQ SAUCE

A yummy BBQ sauce with real Kentucky Bourbon. Use as a condiment, drizzle, grilling sauce or marinade.  Ribs, chicken, beef, pork, lamb, duck and a variety of game meats go great with this fantastic sauce. Try it soon … it’s out of this world!
