USES: These products are very versatile: sweeter products can be used as a breakfast preserve, appetizer, as a tapenade with goat cheese, Brie, Manchego, soft Italian/French cheeses. For instance, the Cherry Bourbon Rose I use with Stilton or Gorgonzola. You can also bake a whole Brie and then spread a preserve over the top of the Brie and serve it warm with crackers or on French bread garnished with fresh mint or basil. The treacle I serve with vanilla Ice cream. The condiments, pickles, savour sauces – can be used alongside or with stir-frys, skewers of fish, red meat, chicken, pork, veggies; marinades – best to marinate protein overnight in the fridge for max pungency & depth.
